Butter Pecan Granola

Servings: 12 Difficulty: Intermediate
Golden, crunchy oat clusters baked with butter, toasted pecans, and warm cinnamon

Butter Pecan Granola is a classic flavor combination turned into an easy, homemade pantry staple. With rolled oats, chopped pecans, real butter, honey, and warm cinnamon, this granola bakes into fragrant, golden clusters that feel both comforting and indulgent.

What makes this granola special is its balance of richness and crunch. The butter adds deep flavor and helps the oats toast evenly, while the pecans become nutty and crisp as they bake. Honey and a touch of brown sugar create light caramelized edges, and oat flour helps bind everything together into satisfying clusters.
Inspired by simple, from-scratch home cooking, this Butter Pecan Granola is budget-friendly, customizable, and perfect for meal prep. Enjoy it with milk, sprinkled over yogurt, paired with fresh fruit, or eaten straight from the jar. Finished with sunflower seeds and chocolate chips after baking, each bite delivers crunchy, buttery texture with just enough sweetness.
